DOC Fellowship Programme – Austrian Academy of Sciences DOC Fellowship Programme – Austrian Academy of Sciences A fellowship program offered by the Austrian Academy of Sciences to support highly qualified doctoral candidates from all areas of basic research. It enables young researchers to dedicate themselves to writing their dissertation in a concentrated manner and within a clear time frame. Eligibility Criteria The applicants must be a highly qualified doctoral candidate. The applicants must be pursuing doctoral/PhD studies at a university in Austria. Value of the Scholarship:  A variable amount of scholarship is awarded to support a full time student.

Application Requirements

• Valid academic transcripts for previous degree (Bachelor's / Master's).
• Statement of Purpose (SOP) or Research Proposal aligned with chosen course.
• Academic and/or Professional Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
• Proof of English proficiency (IELTS / TOEFL / PTE) if mandated by provider.
