Scholarship Overview
The goal of this scholarship is to give financial assistance to undergraduate students who have reached the sophomore level or above in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business Department of Risk Management & Insurance (the "RMI Department") and have shown a need for financial help. The recipient will be exceptional, exhibit academic excellence, participate actively in the community, and show a particular interest in women and men of colour's roles in business. Eligibility for Amwins Student Leadership Scholarship at Georgia State University: The applicant should have a GPA of at least 2.7 and be in good standing academically at GSU. The candidate must be enrolled in the RMI Department as a pre-major or major and be a current sophomore or higher-level student. The applicant must have a documented need for financial assistance, as assessed by the Scholarship Committee (described below) or the GSU Office of Financial Aid. The ideal candidate will exhibit a skill set and/or a desire to work as an insurance broker, or "broker."

Application Requirements
- Valid academic transcripts for previous degree (Bachelor's / Master's).
- Statement of Purpose (SOP) or Research Proposal aligned with chosen course.
- Academic and/or Professional Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
- Proof of English proficiency (IELTS / TOEFL / PTE) if mandated by provider.
